1- دوست عزیز این گونه ایمیلها به شما می گوید که بنرده جایزه ای شده اید . برای دریافت جایزه باید عضو سایتی شوید. برای عضویت باید هزینه ای پرداخت کنید و در نهایت به جای اینکه به شما جایزه ای بدهد از شما مبلغی را می خواهد دریافت کند. به این نامه ها Spam یا هرزنامه می گویند و هدف آنها اغوا کردن کاربران اینترنتی است. این نامه را به صورت Spam مشخص کنید تا دیگر از این ادرس نامه ای دریافت نکنید. تازه معمولا آدرسهای ارسالی دروغین و ساختگی هستند.
2- این مشکل به دلیل وجود نقص امنیتی در ویندوز شما می باشد. با نصب Update های ویندوز با نام Windows XP SP2 Security Updates From MS04-041 to MS07-27 از بخش دانلود سایت این مشکل را برطرف کنید.
